Consistency Never Fails.

Erik Unmuth is Minkin Management's Vice President. He has been working as the VP for nine years! Erik enjoys the people he works with the most. He believes there are amazingly talented individuals who pull nothing short of a miracle daily. Before Erik was at Minkin, he had worked for one of the top five third party hospitality management companies and had the pleasure to work all over the United States at different properties. He even got sent up to Canada for a stint of time in the middle of winter, can you say freezing? Sadly, the journey got to be too much, being home on average six days a month was rough and exhausting for Erik. Through Erik’s journey, he found Minkin and decided to make it his new profession. We asked Erik what made Minkin Management different than the previous companies he worked for, he stated, “A lot of people refer to the team as family in which I always make sure to add the word dysfunctional to. But in all seriousness, everyone works extremely hard and is always there to help their fellow team members any way they can.” In his free time, you can find Erik traveling to Florida with his wife, Laura. He also enjoys going camping during summer with his three fur babies.  

• Leonard Meyer is Minkin Management’s go to Consultant for all capital planning and projects. Lenny loves planning larger projects and making facilities better than they are today most about his job. He believes having more latitude on projects and not working a routine schedule is what sets Minkin Management apart from other companies he has worked for. When Lenny is not working you can find him bicycling, traveling, working out in the gym, and renovating his homes in Milwaukee and Wausaukee, WI.  

Laura Unmuth is Minkin Management's Office Administrator. She has been with the company for three years! Laura enjoys the variety of tasks most about her job and loves the fact that every day is different. She believes the flexible work schedule is what sets Minkin Management apart from previous companies she has worked with. When Laura is not working, you can find her traveling, camping, horseback riding, running, and spending quality time with her family, which includes her three fur babies.  

Stephanie Bernal is Minkin Management's Multi-Family Regional Property Manager. She has been with the company for a year. Before she worked as Regional Property Manager, Stephanie worked as an Operational Manager for Minkin Management. She decided it was time to take a step into a new direction because she enjoys change and always wanted to get involved in the leasing side of real estate. Stephanie believes Minkin Management is like a big family and enjoys that everyone gets along and works together. In her free time, you can find Stephanie cooking, baking, bowling, and watching baseball.
